2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • UK Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days

  • UK Express Delivery (if available): 1–3 business days

  • International Delivery (if available): 7–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or customs clearance.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number (if available).

Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

We are not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges applied to international orders. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Refusal of delivery

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs may apply.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of the damaged item (if applicable)

We will investigate and assist you as quickly as possible.
